Texas is a 6 out of 100. Heck yeah. Also, according to brady, Texas helps feed the illegal gun market. He probably got us confused with the feds. Oklahome is pretty good too (2 out of 100)

CA, that site was nothing but complete bs. I can't believe that some people believe that if you allow anyone to have a gun, you are helping to feed the illegal gun market. I haven't seen that much BS ever and I helped unload 3 truck loads and spread 4 truck loads of actual bull sh!$ and rotton hay last weekend. (around 5000-6000 lbs)

Florida is quite liberal with ownership of firearms.

I would say that there are currently 4 states with perfect gun laws. They are perfect in that they dont have any (yes I know Im being a little facetious). They are as follows:

Vermont
Alaska
Arizona
Wyoming

These states allow concealed carry and open carry. The difference in that there are no licences or permits needed or required to do either. Move there, buy a gun, start packing.

Based on wikipedia there are currently 9 more states with legislation attemption to get Constitutional Carry passed to join the other 4. Plus there were another 4 states that had legislation for Constitutional Carry that failed this year (at least they are trying).

Constitutional carry - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In the late 80's and 90's the big movement was passing shall-issue carry laws, I think the next big movement will be towards getting Constitutional Carry.

I propose the following acronyms to be used:
cc- concealed carry
op- open carry
CC-Constitutional Carry, due to it being the top legislative goal for pro 2A Constitutional Carry shall always be capitolized as CC, and concealed carry as cc.
