We aren't losing the gun debate. We have the guns, remember?

If anything all the charts completly outdated now because I'd with all the recent new owners it's at least 50% if not more. Working on getting my cousin to get a gun because he's going to college for Law Enforcement he wants to be in the FBI or ATF.

Anyone that thinks gun control is a good idea need to go visit a little place I used to live, it is called Russia, spend a week there and see how organized crime is running the place, the mobs always fighting over control, and people getting killed for paying "protection money" to a rival mob, spend a week outside the tourist zones and then come back and tell me how well you think gun control is working for them. I cannot tell you how many people I seen dead in the streets as a child, I honestly lost count.

I've been to Russia, and Moldova.. You're absolutely right. I was a little surprised at first to see pairs of "militia" walking the streets with Automatic Weapons. What's worse: I got used to it.

Default Finger in the dike maybe

I am shocked at the number of people that feel that gun ownership is not in jeopardy. It is incremental, folks. Ask yourself these simple questions: 1.After the Framers put the Bill Of Rights together and the additions and revisions were all ratified were there as many restrictions on gun ownership as there are now? 2.Do Americans have more gun ownership freedoms now than we did back then?

And please keep in mind that the spread between us and them is way broader than it has ever been....meaning that if the Senate stays under Dem. control, and the House of Reps. is taken back by the democrats in 2014, and BO is able to replace just one 2nd Amendment protector on the Supreme Court before he leaves office The Second Amendment will become a subject of reinterpretation, redefinition, upgrading, improving, or however they want to gloss over it's destruction.

In light of the above I hope our pro 2nd Amendment Justices have adequate protection. Anything goes in today's politics and I MEAN ANYTHING.
