In the end? From what I can see, they're already there.

%72.5 agree.

3:1 in favor of the NRA. I'm sure they will come up with some reason why the poll was flawed.

Why does anyone take polls regarding the NRA? The enemy "Liberal Democrats" should know by now that we support our cause. We firmly believe in the 2nd amendment and in battle we take no prisoners.

I have a theory.

I think that most of the libs in power and in the media, assume that the silent portion of the populus who " don't seem to care either way, and therefore must be turned to our side!" are all non gun owners. The 100,000,000 gun owners that are out there that they know about, are only a portion of our total ranks, and the number grows daily. Not only on the sales floors of BBS and LGSs, but how many "Newbs" have purchased from a friend, or gotten a gift, along with an NRA membership, that will never show up via a Form 4473? If the Liberals are willing to lie about the number of "gun related fatalities" in a year by inflating the number, why would they not "sell short" the number of sales, which have in fact been record breaking?

My theory? Some LIBs have wised up, and switched sides. They finally have woken up and smelled what BO, Andy, Bloomberg, And Fienstein have been shoveling on to their plates all these years. Not to mention the positive exposure that the firearms industry is getting via Top Shot, Sons of Guns, American Guns, Wild West Guns, G & A TV ETC., despite the BS "Reality" aspects of these shows. They are casting owners and competitors in a more posative light.

Just my $.02, YMMV.
