Two more predictable things happened. A park ranger disarmed and detained Embody to determine whether the AK-47 was a legitimate pistol under Tennessee law, releasing him only after determining it was. And Embody sued the park ranger, claiming he had violated his Second, Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment rights.
For his troubles, Embody has done something rare: He has taken a position on the Second and Fourth Amendment that unites the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence and the Second Amendment Foundation. Both organizations think that the park ranger permissibly disarmed and detained Leonard Embody that day, notwithstanding his rights to possess the gun. So do we.
You know you've F__ked up when...

Making matters worse (or at least more suspicious), Embody had painted the barrel tip of the gun orange, typically an indication that the gun is a toy. An officer could fairly suspect that Embody had used the paint to disguise an illegal weapon. On this record, an officer could reasonably suspect something was amiss.
No good was ever going to come of stupidity like that.

I agree with you, it shouldn't be.

The fact is in I had $300 Million in lottery winnings and I killed someone, I could out spend the prosecution to obtain a verdict where I walked out of court.

And this is one of the things that will change when I am king.

I think your all missing the point...

Issue hunting licenses for attorneys! Cull the herd by 60% and there won't be so many "desperate for work" attorneys willing to take cases like this.

Okay, you got my attention. But we need some parameters here.

Can I hunt outside the BAR exam?

Can I poach outside of known liberal law classes on campuses?

If you're the a-hole with the picture on the side of the bus do I REALLY need a tag?

Details man, we NEED details!!

The Bar Exam and Know Law classes would have to be restricted...sort of like fishing salmon at the base of a fish ladder...you know we'd have to keep it "sporting" like "fair chase" and all...

As for the Ass Hat on the side of the buss or with the commercial at 1 am asking "WERE YOU INJURED AT WORK, AT YOUR NEIGHBORS, OR STEPPING OUT OF YOUR MOTHERS SHOWER?" Call ME because your ENTITLED to compensation...as for ^^THIS^^ guy...

We will call him a bonus tag, no tag required and no bag limit...just have a printout of his ambulance chasing advertisement with you while transporting the carcass...

I can envision a whole new business opportunity for taxidermists with this. The only question would be which part to mount? The head or the ass?

^^^^^ THIS is brilliant.

Think of the aftermarket on this one. We could have forearm casts that secretly hold your handgun. You walk into the office, he jumps from his chair seeing a big payday and blammo! Just punched a tag.

Wheelchairs. Easy to outfit with extra accessories like a belt fed minigun. Just roll into the office with your leg up and under a blanket. Easy pickings.

Slow moving bread truck with a tree stand fashioned into a front bumper. You pull up in the middle of downtown, your buddy gets out and onto the stand/bumper and you turn on the call box with the sound of a baby wailing and when they come running, your buddy just opens up. You jump out, take what you are keeping and throw them in the back and lock up em up for mounting.....
