No. Treaties have the force of Federal law; they do not amend or supercede the Constitution. A treaty which is found to be unconstitutional is void. See Reid v. Covert.

Default Hell Bent......

I went to the local Gotta stop to pick up my Pain Aid, there were 3 state troopers there. They all had Glocks, and when asked if they would turn in thier weapons to the UN the answer was not no but hell no......Most every officer in this country has purchased his own weapon for duty......Let the Party begin.....[ pain aid, 2 six packs of 16 oz Busch beer ]

I'm on board though.
How about something like Free American Gunowners... Wait that totally doesn't work.
Gunowners for a Free America?
Trip, I like Free American Gunowners but I don't think anyone would want to join.

Gunowners for a Free America (GFFA or is it GFA) is a good one.

I hereby call the first meeting of the Gunowners for a Free America into session.

First order of business, get members.

I'd rather my own son see me die on my feet as a free man, than watch him go, broken, into slavery.

I'm signed up by default right? If not, just put me on the list. I'm in.

And even then, treaties have to be approved by 2/3 majority of the senate.

Ok, we have 5 members. If we are seriously going to start this organization, we need to find a place (either this forum under a different thread, or a website of our own) to conduct meetings at. We also need a LOT more members. Any suggestions?
