Our constitution acknowledges some of our natural rights; the right to defend one's self, family, property and wealth is just one of them. The constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. There are two ways the constitution may be modified: amendment and constitutional convention. A treaty is not one of the methods available for modifying the constitution.

When a government breaks its own laws, it is automatically in a state of war with the people it ostensibly serves.

Please direct some of that angst you feel toward U.N. idiots to those elected and appointed officials in our own government who are working overtime to break our own laws.

(It bears mentioning that our nation was formed precisely because the old government the colonists had been living under - that of King George III and British Parliament - broke its own laws for its benefit at the expense of the people it was supposed to serve. Sound familiar?)

If the government signs the ATT then we fall back to the senate and if they ratify it then we need to stand them all up against a wall and feed them something they won't like.

If the people stand by and do nothing to end the want to be tyrant government we have then the people deserve their slavery they get.

I always laid the burden of responsibility for my kids action smack dab on them, not the idiots they hung out with. This is the same case, Let the UN do as they will, if they try to violate our sovereignty, kick their asses out of the country and anyone elected that supports them must lose their job!

I am not so worried about the gun manufacturers which is a good point! But I am real worried about the idiots and administration that are presently running our country! They are more than willing to jump in bed with the UN today! What do you really think Operation Fast and Furious was really about! "Implementing Ammunition for the UN Talks and for Small Arms Weapon Treaty! But they got caught with their pants down! So lets be real clear and name some of "Them"! Obama, Clinton, Holder, the Brady Foundation, the other liberal socialists, the Democratic Congress and OH YES! Did I mention the Administrations good friend "George Soros"! Like the recent executive orders for example. Have you ever heard of Marshal Law! A president has that option also! Bottom line the UN and the rest of them better expect a War if they start messing with our Constitutional Rights! They can take that promise to the Bank!

Let's take back America! I am not a Democrat or a Republican but for sure I am not a liberal socialist who is tearing down America! I use to advise I was an independent. But as of late I have changed the terminology to: I am an American Patriot! Bottom line we all must stick together to protect our rights.

There are some who don't think the 2nd Amendment is important, but would really be upset about losing the 4th Amendment. But they need to understand, once the 2nd Amendment is gone, there will be no one to resist the illegal search and seizure that would follow. The U.N. is corrupt, and can only serve to enslave the world, not to grant it freedom.

Then please, enlighten us. What is your grand plan to stop this, or was this simply an angry, unproductive rant? How many Senators/Congressmen have you called or emailed? Yes, we get it, he loathes the Constitution, but repeating it over and over again will not be what prevents this from happening.
