Three Cheers for Ted Nugent

Everybody should listen to the latest Ted Nugent rant at the NRA convention and also read the latest Senator Rand Paul letter.

Sure...Got to love Old Crazy Ted.

Problem is....he just made ALL of us look like complete freakin' nitwits, because so many in the non-gun-culture, or those who are on the fence believe HE speaks for all of us.

It is just like when some 'tard says "All cops favor gun control" because some political ass-kissing chief says it...they assume he speaks for ALL of us.

Ted didn't do anyone any service with that one. More and more he's coming off like a crazy old man.

It's not hard to see why Nugent's angry and frustrated. His words really weren't particularly inflammatory unless you're an Obama-lovin' freak. Notice Farrakhan who said "leaders will die" recently gets a pass.

It's not clear how even having a hard-core conservative in the White House can quickly turn anything around since Congress will still be staffed by morons. Many folks are just trying to back away from the system as much as possible through self-sufficiency, getting out of debt and staying that way, and keeping a store of wealth in something other than the market.

yes i read this about Ted Nugent late last night. i think some are taking what he says out of context. he may even have used some incorrect analogy to get his point across. for the most part, i agree with him, there needs to be a huge change in leadership for this country. Ted Nugent is very vocal and passionate about 2nd amendment rights and the fact that people shouldn't be denied the ability to defend themselves. i think he is saying what a lot of people would like to say, but are afraid to. he isn't afraid to say what he thinks and feels, and i for one applaude him for his courage to do so. if Mitt Romney would feel so inclined to feel that because of Ted Nugent's comments to distance himself, then i feel there would be someone else with more backbone and courage that deserves the support of gun owners.

Where were the critics when the movie was made about killing George W. Bush? They didn't seem to mind that little thing did they.

It amazes me that we have people come on this forum and bash a man that is standing up for our rights and our country. He said what was on his mind, he does that have right. I also think it's a big stretch to think that he was actually calling on us to cut the heads off of obama and his cohorts in congress. Come on folks and see things for what they really are and not for what the media wants us to.

I really don't know why we have freedom of speech! If this sensitivity keeps up and the lack of being able to understand an analogy remains.......forget pinko's! The National Socialist will be directing the Gestapo to your front door if you speak ill (in jest) about how the constitution disappeared. Bla Bla Bla! Isn't uncle Ted still considered a rock star? I'm not sure how many of THOSE guys are P.C.

I was obviously critical of that too...because I am a Bush fan. It's just the way the rhetoric is presented is all. We are not going to win this once and for all UNLESS we get the middle of the road over to our side. Even though I AGREE with the sentiment...it is the way it is presented. I am BY NO MEANS an Obamalamadingdong fan...not on this planet. I PRAY he is a one-term blunder.

No...you're correct...no one else expressed outrage at the Bush comment, because as a white, conservative, christian male...it is not "possible" to be too critical, or too insulting, or "prejuduced" against one if US. It doesn't work that way...according to the libtard weenbags who are guilty because they happened to have been born white. It's the double standard. Sharpton can threaten violence over the Trayvon case, and no one criticeses that, because if you do, you are racist. It is HOW the rhetoric is presented.

That's all...I don't like being painted as something I am not.

What a joke the Secret Service is going to investigate Old Ted? They were supposed to protect Obama and they were in the "Best Little Whore House" in SA. The Obama government is a dangerous wreck.
