Default Tax Deductible Contributions

I was browsing the Brady website tonight as I do from time to time to see what the enemy is up to. I found out something really disturbing.

As we all know, contributions to the NRA are not tax deductible. While on the other hand, contributions to Brady are tax deductible.

This is total BS and I can't believe it passes legal muster.
