Not a new idea. Pecunia non olet ("money does not stink") is a Latin saying. The phrase originally related to the urine tax levied by the Roman emperor Vespasian in the 1st century upon the collection of urine.
What we have here is... failure- to communicate.

If I do that I would be doing the dog scoots all damn day long. No one will get any work out of me after 7am.

Obviously a sexist tax as we all know females use more TP than guys (on average). I can get by with about 3 squares/day. My SO uses probably 50+/day.
In life, strive to take the high road....It offers a better field of fire.
