Default Supreme Court Says No

This is too bad. Could have been a great victory.

http://m.washingtonpost.com/politics/supreme-court-declines-to-hear-gun-law-challenges/2014/02/24/9e310a34-9cc0-11e3-975d-107dfef7b668_story.html?wpisrc=nl_pmpol

It was time for a new signature. This is what you get.

I know everyone deserves to have a pistol at 18. These are minor setbacks. The NRA knew the age petitions were dead on arrival at the supreme court. The NRA is just milking the age petition for all they can.

The big case that could make many gun laws null and void is not DOA. The court will consider the petition and likely hear the case for the court to define the term "bear" in the constitution.
