Add SC to the list but pro-gun. There are several bills out there right now. One to make everyone over age 17 a member of the STATE militia and that anything legal on 12/31/2012 is legal for them to own as such regardless of what the feds do. Another to allow open carry.

Someone like the NRA needs to challenge if a state can over ride federal law. It happened the same way with all the religious symbols on state property, once they won in the first state they just went from state to state and removed all the religious figures. If someone can prove it is unconstitutional in one state then you can have all the states use the same federal laws for guns. This issue needs to be challenged in court.
