Short of some new and extremely provocative evidence, it ain't gonna happen. The moment has passed...

Absolutely.

If there's enough public pressure, there's a great chance he'll merely be used as a

scapegoat, while everyone else involved waltzes away Scott-free...

So, does the law get amended to " Don't do gun felonies, or act irresponsible with

hundreds of assault rifles, unless you're the ATF?"

They're uncovering evidence daily and we already know for certain that some DOJ personnel have lied to Congress.

No one can predict how this will shake out, but if Holder doesn't get fired it wouldn't surprise anyone. If he does, that would be good, but Obama would appoint someone just as bad for the job and Holder almost certainly would not be indicted for any criminal acts.

Agreed. I mean the administration has refused to provide documentation on the Solynda fiasco, they don't care about a thing but themselves and their control over the masses.

Just why are we so anxious to excoriate a football coach - "Joe Pa" -for his "lack of diligence" in a "child abuse case" - where he has no legal standing or recourse - except but to forward his suspicions to higher authority to deal with; but are seemingly so willing to accept the same defense - despite his sworn duty to serve - from the nation's chief law-enforcement officer, Holder ?

Despite the "softball" forum of his recent appearance before Congress, even Holder's supporters couldn't stop him from "hanging himself" ! His accusatory opening statements, his contemptuous body language, his sneering response to questions regarding his, (non-contact), with the Terry and Zapata familes, to his indifference to the 200 plus Mexican victims known to result from OF&F, Mr. Holder was far more a "Heydrich" than "MV's "Paulus" ! >MW

Is anyone really surprised? Every time a politician is caught doing something wrong, it's always either not their fault or it's not what it looks like.

Just 2 examples, and I'm not trying to single out dems here, it's just the 2 that come to mind
1. I did not inhale.
2. I did not have sex with that woman. (this is more of spin)

Simply because morality, responsibility, and dignity does not exist in politics or the people that are supposed to be held accountable for something until it's the guy they don't like or they fear then the double standard rule is applied.

Holder wasn't called to task over his involvement in the the Waco cover-up.
He wasn't called to task over the pardons of the FALN terrorists.
Why does anyone think this teflon elitist egomaniac will be held responsible now? Just because a few people died? Collateral damage in his eyes and not even worthy of an apology to the families. He made that clear just the other day when he admitted before Congress he hadn't apologized and didn't feel it was appropriate.
Folks, only a handful of politicians across the entire country even commented on it.

I've been uninspired by the latest offering of political candidates.

I will vote for _________________ (fill in the blank)of the

"WE'RE GOING TO PROSECUTE ALL AGENTS AND OTHERS

INVOLVED IN 'FAST & FURIOUS' " Party...
