Default Shipping from overseas

I have a friends that lives overseas. Does anyone know of any restrictions on shipping some ammo to me from another country? One lives in kuwait and another lives in Norway.

I'm sure it would be ridiculously expensive. Just curious really.

Shipping of arms or ammo into the US requires clearance from the ATF.

(Yep, the price just went up.)

Just forget about it. Not worth the trouble and cost. In general avoid doing anything that involves an importer. You'll be better off.

Figure it might be like that. Was just curious if ammunition had the same restrictions as the actual firearms themselves.
