Default Senators Selling US Out on UN Treaty!

Just received this and wanted to share it with all on the FTF!

Dear All,
Liz
Few people realize that the only thing that "trumps" The Constitution is a "treaty."
Thankfully this proposed treaty was defeated. However, there were 46 Senators who wanted to throw out The Constitution without an amendment, the only process stated in The Constitution as the way to change it.
These 46 Senators wanted to take away your rights insured in The Constitution, and gives rise to the thought that they may have violated the oath they took when assuming their positions in The Senate.
The two from Colorado are on the list as well as several others that I recognize. Mr Reid. Maybe this is why he tried to look good to the citizens by
LIST OF TRAITORS
Over the weekend, we came four votes away from the United States Senate giving our Constitutional rights over to the United Nations. In a 53-46 vote, the senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.
The Statement of Purpose from the bill read:
To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.
The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration, would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms. The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S., and had language that would have implemented an international gun registry on all private guns and ammo.
Astonishingly, 46 of our United States Senators were willing to give away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power.
Here are the 46 senators that voted to give your rights to the U.N. Notice that ALL are either Democrat or "Independent."
Baldwin (D-WI)
Baucus (D-MT)
Bennet (D-CO)
Blumenthal (D-CT)
Boxer (D-CA)
Brown (D-OH)
Cantwell (D-WA)
Cardin (D-MD)
Carper (D-DE)
Casey (D-PA)
Coons (D-DE)
Cowan (D-MA)
Durbin (D-IL)
Feinstein (D-CA)
Franken (D-MN)
Gellibrand (D-NY)
Harkin (D-IA)
Hirono (D-HI)
Johnson (D-SD)
Kaine (D-VA)
King (I-ME)
Klobuchar (D-MN)
Landrieu (D-LA)
Leahy (D-VT)
Levin (D-MI)
McCaskill (D-MO)
Menendez (D-NJ)
Merkley (D-OR)
Mikulski (D-MD)
Murphy (D-CT)
Murray (D-WA)
Nelson (D-FL)

People this needs to go viral. These Senators voted to let the UN take our guns. They need to lose the election. We have been betrayed. These

Put all of these on your S List! Every one of them seem to be more than happy to violate the code of office and our Constitution. I may be wrong but I do not see a single R and only a couple of I (Independents) beside the names! Tell you something? We must stand up for America and our Constitution!

Reid v. Covert

Quote:
The U.S. Supreme Court has made it very clear that

1) Treaties do not override the U.S. Constitution.

2) Treaties cannot amend the Constitution. And last,

3) A treaty can be nullified by a statute passed by the U.S. Congress (or by a sovereign State or States if Congress refuses to do so), when the State deems a treaty the performance of a treaty is self-destructive. The law of self-preservation overrules the law of obligation in others.

Brown (D-OH)

He's mine. Gonna do everything I can to make sure re-election doesn't plague him next term. He obviously was voting for a long retirement away from politics!
