For those of you who do not remember your Civics class, it takes
67 votes or 2/3's majority of the Senate to approve a treaty.

The House is not involved.

They only had 46 Traitors voting for it...

Its a sad day for America when the Senate has to vote on wether or not the U.N. can control anything that has to do with the American people.
