Default The Senate calendar for today....More Gun Control

As expected, Amendment 715 (Manchin/Toomey) is up for reconsideration, with a vote scheduled for 4:00PM.

Also up is Amendments 717 and 730 with votes scheduled for Noon.

#717 PROTECTING THE PRIVACY AND SAFETY OF LAW-ABIDING GUN OWNERS.
In general.--Subject to subparagraph (B), and
notwithstanding any other provision of this part, if a State
or unit of local government receiving a grant under this part
publicly releases private gun ownership data during any
fiscal year, the Attorney General shall withhold 5 percent of
the amount that would otherwise be provided to the State or
unit of local government under this part for that fiscal
year.

#730 Can not find official title or text:
To reauthorize and improve programs related to mental health and substance use disorders.

Well looks like they have suspended debate on gun control to give time for further negotiation among senators.

717 and 730 did pass.

715 was the first to not pass the Senate vote.

We all have to watching every bill and amendment, they will attempt a nip and tuck some gun control measure.
