I've been reading this blog for over a year now and referring to it on this forum quite a bit lately as well( see also my sig below). I'm glad you made it a thread subject line because if you read the comments posted below the blog articles, they're mostly anonymous remarks from active duty officers stuck in the real grind, and this morning many said they would not be taking guns away from law abiding citizens if Rahm alama ding dong pushes some more BS laws through.

yeah, Rahm and McCarthy are both about as popular to their police staff as King Joffrey is to the Starcks....

hard to believe the less than 16% conviction rate in committed gun homicides doesn't make an episode of the O'Reilly factor....gangbangers literally have about an 85% chance of getting away with murder, and even when they get put away, they also know the chances of early release are in their favor due to overcrowding and spineless prosecutors and judges....

go figure they guy with the AK and his 400 rnds, and the revoked FOID card privileges, is going to point it at his landlord when he shows up to evict him.....must have been the hennessy meds....
