At what point do the police have the right to stop and question someone who has done nothing because a computer says he might?

Hmmm...back in the day they called that profiling; libs hated it, cops got sued for doing it and thugs walked because of it.

Actually, it was 'racial profiling'. I wonder if a computer can be racist? I also do NOT agree with the computer 'profiling' people.
When they start sentencing people pre-crime, then I will really have a major problem with it.
