Just doing My Duty as an American Citizen Who Felt the calling.. Think that is the ultimate kick in the balls, for those who were/are willing to risk their lives to defend the RIGHTS of this country we live in and then to have them taken away for stupid things "Classified as a felony."
Ya know, I get it if you are some violent criminal or even if its non violent but very severe, Like robbing some old people cause YOU ARE A COAWARD and ya know they cant defend themselves, But ya dont use a weapon or hurt anyone or no ones there so it isnt "Classified as Violent" but it is still a hidious crime and for that you should loose something dear.
But for stupid things they call a "Felony" these days, its just way to much to loose your rights over em. EVeryone makes mistakes and to loose everything over it is just to severe, especially when there are so many out there that really screw people over and get away with it cause they can afford lawyers that for some reason can do things other not so expensive cant.. I just dont understand how things work anymore, and to be honest I never cared untill this all happen and it has kinda opened My eyes to it all..
And I dont like it one bit..

i'm so glad i left illinois for Kansas. even living in farm country in illinois you were treated no differently in the eyes of the law than a chicago street thug. they dont like self-made independent people there. they want people they can control and taking away a man's (woman's) right to bear arms whenever they have the chance, one person at a time is how they think they'll accomplish that goal. they have no clue how demoralizing it is to the people they affect because they have completely detached themselves from the fact that we are individuals. instead they see us as a category, not really human.

Oh they know and I think they enjoy the feeling of control. I am convinced that most of the law enforcement officials in Illinois were beat up alot by the cool kids in school for trying to be hot shots and for runnin off at the mouth and since us 2nd Amendies are mostly strong willed Guys and Gals, we remind them of the "cool kids" that put em in thier place so they get some corrupt power and target us with "that corrupt law" behind them and make us have FOID Cards just to look at a gun in a store, and Much MUCH Worse..
MAKES ME SICK!!
They know and love what they do to Illinois Citizens.
Fells soooooo good taking My Sexy PX4 with Me all over Wisc, tucked under My Left arm all warm and cozy.. LOL.

Good luck in dealing with the Judge. Most, if not all Judges have judicial immunity for acts on the bench. You may be a ble to go through the State Bar and/or the judicial review panel, but don't hold your breath. The "system" is set up by attorneys (in the legislature) to protect their buddies in the judicial system. Really sux that they cannot be held accountable.
