But it would "prove" that we are all evil and want to sell guns to evil people so we can all get together and do evil doer things of with massive sinister intent, like eating babies or something ...

So what's ACTUALLY been proved is the ATF is the "baby eaters".

So NOW, we're going to enact laws to control the ATF and how they

handle their guns, right?

If I had any say, I wouldn't allow the ATF, and anybody else involved

with "gunrunner, gunwalker, or fast & furious" to carry a slingshot,

let alone a gun.

Keep in mind our President was a former board member of the Joyce Foundation - rabidly anti-private firearm possession - voted against every pro-gun bill raised in the IL legislature and recently named Traver (another rabidly anti-private firearm advocate), to head the BATFE. He's also indicated his support of the UN's Small Arms Treaty. IOW the leapord kinda painted over his spots, ( remember his "clinging to their guns and religion" remark ? ) during his campaign, but hasn't invited anyone "pro-gun" to the Oval Office for discussion of issues, yet has met with Sarah Brady. He reassured her the OA was "working under the radar on their issues". Now what does all this tell you ?

Given his Chicago training, past associations with those professing anti-american sentiments, criminals and admitted terrorists is it too far-fetched for this President to enlist key policy-level individuals in ATF, FBI, and DHS to "run a secret op" designed to provide justification for implementation of draconian gun controls ? By pumping guns to known radical criminal elements on both sides of the border he gains "street cred" with our own black neighborhoods' dominating elements, (remember the bros minding the polling booth ?) while supplying "cause" for his "sensible gun controls" pogrom.

I fervently wish this was a plot outline for a techno-terror novel. Unfortunately it ain't . >MW

"our" president.

Oh you mean the anti-gun guy who's surrounded day and night

by soldiers, armed to the teeth, with every automatic weapon available?

Tiger Woods is up way past his bedtime...

This "dude" in the white house has set up a whole new form of ruling the U.S.
How many czars, antis, and groups are there in this white house to shut out congress from his agenda. As I have stated Hugo Chavez would be proud of him.

I understand you don't like Obama, but combining gun rights with hyperbole about "Obama" as some kind of evil forces superhero is NOT persuasive. It's the kind of thing that allows the antis jsut lump us with others who can be dismissed as non-thinkers.

Amen! I feel like I'm the only one banging this drum. If we act like kooks that blame Obama for everything we will be easily dismissed. If we make cogent arguments about our positions, we might actually change some minds.

Yes, some people will forever be lost to us, but acting how they see us only strengthens their resolve and their position and in a way, validates them.

Actually, there are a lot of LIBERALS who believe in 2A rights. It's natural, it was written by liberals, back in the day when conservatives were the Tories. It was a bit radical to throw out the storngest king in the world and institute the first modern democracy. In fact I think that today's gunnies are about 40% liberals. It's a myth that all gunnies are conservatives, but a myth activley promoted by the Democrats who get and spend the Brady money.

Why believe or perpetuate the myth, and piss off liberals who agree with us? The way to get Brady off our backs is to get the Dems to dump em. Guns are for everybody.

That's the way they want you, running scared, buying MORE of their

products.

Look at it like this. The big boys are extending credit to all of us. If the

SHTF, they don't get THEIR MONEY BACK, do they?

Kind of like why your mortgage banker will never tell you your

house is worth less than the amount owed on the mortgage ...

We're NOT in trouble, SHTF's not gonna happen, they just want

YOU to feel that way to screw you out of more of your money.

Real nice, huh?
