Violence against a government (elected by the people ) unless in extreme circumstances, would be called terrorism in this part of the world. Maybe its called something else in America. If Americans want change then there is the ballot box. Some people kill American soldiers and civilians because they don't like American foreign policy, are they standing up for their rights or terrorists.
The problem here is that the elections are bought (by corporate funding) or stolen (by election fraud) so the people in power have not truly been put there by the "people."
