those are really good questions, but i fear there are only going to speculative answers to those questions right now.
if we equate it to the AWB of 1994, then there will be certain restrictive parts and configurations of certain types of firearms. quite possibly magazine limitations as well.
but as of right now, any answers would be speculative at best, IMO.

hell i figured i just couldnt find the answers on google,, i thought it has already been layed out and just waiting to be signed
with the price gouging im seen here in tx especially on southeasttexas.com i though maybe this had already been answered else where
the same dpms sportacal that Walmart sells for 599 is now going for 3000 used on there,, maybe im crazy but i just dont see why a sane person would buy some thing that overpriced with out knowing if the ban was going in to effect for sure

If someone offered me $3000 for my AR, I'd do well not to rip their arm off in excitement...

Its all just talk so far.
It will almost certainly not be more restrictive than the old ban.
In the old ban parts where widely available except for lower receivers, which were considered the controlled item.
Retroactive laws are 100 unconstitutional, we know the criminal efforts of California's "gov't" but tryin to enact something similiar on a national scale which be much harder.
I will not sell my guns at huge prices since i do not wish to take advantage of fellow gun owners.

We spend SO MUCH money on guns to have redudancy "just in case" they get outlawed.
We spend SO MUCH on extra ammo so we will always have a stash "just in case" its outlawed..
If we just spent half of that money on supporting the NRA, we wouldn't have to worry about maintaining a stash "just in case"
