What kind of triger is legal on home defence type assault rifles?

Don't know, I have a sports rifle not an assault rifle.

Unless you have all the paper work and background check to legally own a full auto firearm, the best trigger on a home defense weapon is one that allows only one round fired each time the trigger is pulled.
