All I can say is we aren't lawyers. Your best bet is probably to contact the NRA. They Love this kind of high publicity sh!t.

First, lose the thought that the court is morally obligated to do jack.

Second, as much as we love to shoot the breeze, you need a REAL lawyer with a license to practice in that state. No, really.

Finally, this is a public forum. Anything you post here can be read by anyone that logs in to the site. Do you REALLY want to discuss your case here?

Yes, try the NRA. But you need to lawyer up ASAP.
