i am applying for a presidential pardon on a federal conviction[car theft in 1953] my ? is i have no guns in my home but a bb or pellet gun, also a gun cleaning kit thats been laying around for years. can they charge me with any thing on these? there is no ammo. here either. ty

I don't think a BB gun or pellet gun qualify but I counl be mistaken. A cleaning kit doe not though

The cleaning kit is of no legal concern. As for the air rifles that depends on your state of residence. Check your local laws regarding this. However while federal law does not consider air rifles as firearms, your local laws may.
