The Pledge of Allegence
Red Skelton's Pledge of Allegiance
This video should be required for legislators.

Thank you very much. Ol' Red was one of a kind.
Two things especially stood out for me:
"AND TO THE REPUBLIC: A state in which sovereign power is invested in representatives chosen by the people to govern. And government is the people, and it's from the people to the leaders, not from the leaders to the people."
and
"Since I was a small boy, two states have been added to our country, and two words have been added to the Pledge of Allegiance: "under God." Wouldn't it be a pity if someone said that is a prayer, and that would be eliminated from schools too? "

The U. S. A............
I grew up watching this great man called Red Skellton. Between him and John Wayne They were the front runners of American Justice. For all you little Basterds that refuse to say the Pledge and your parrents back you up you all need an attidude ajustment, Times a coming that you will depend apon the people that you hate so much..............and I hope I'm One.

My girlfriend says yes they say the pledge every morning. She said it's just really the jehovahs witnesses that stay seated.
