I personally don't think any significant new gun control legislation will pass at the federal level, but judging by the panic buying I'm in a minority.

I curious whether anyone has considered a legislative "Plan B" in case something like a federal AW/hi-cap ban appears likely to pass? Like all legislation it's not uncommon for opponents (which in this case would be pro-RKBA legislators) to tack on amendments that soften the blow or "give something in return" to the constituency being adversely targeted by the main law.

So if you were a pro-RKBA legislator, and you saw that it was likely a new AW or hi-cap ban was going to be passed into law, what would you try to tack onto the bill (considering the current national politics)?

Some of my ideas:

Remove suppressors and/or SBRs for Title II
National RTC reciprocity
National pre-emption of stricter state/local controls

4. Violations of the constitution will hereby be dealt with as treasonous to the intent of the founding fathers and the intent of our nation. Treason is a crime punishable by hanging.

So your idea is to threaten to hang any legislator or president who passes any law that violates that 2nd amendment? Did you try that in 1986 or 1994? If so how did that work out?

Although I am not apposed to the idea, when did tarring and feathering go out of style?

Obama can do what he wants to do by Executive Order, no need to pass anything. He's a Socialist Dictator plain and simple. As far as he's concerned the Constitution and Bill of Rights no longer apply. Sad fact is that WE THE PEOPLE have allowed this to happen by not learning from History(do they even teach History in school anymore) and by voting the jerk back into office. What we need is a good, ol' fashion Revolution to get our government back on track.
