just for your education, there are some states in the USA that fully auto firearms are restricted from private citizens from possessing or owning.

i believe that 39 states allow private citizens to own F/A firearms if they are legal to do so. so that means 11 states restrict their sale, possession and ownership, even if the person is legally able to.

Don't know about the numbers but my State of Washington prohibits full auto..

Getting suppressors here isn't a problem. Rifles only not handguns.

I didn't say that there wernt any states that outlawed them I asked him if they could have full autos because he said they can own any gun he wants, and in the majority of states civilians can own full autos, what states would those be because I just want to check your numbers

I'm pretty sure Axxe's math is right. Only a handful of "states" restrict NFA items. You know HI, CA, NY, NJ, RI, MA, DE, CT, IL, and OH are on that list of ver boten.
