that is a great article and thx for sharing it. I guess we will have to see how this pans out in the future, especially with kagan being newly appointed

I like the way this sounds.
McDonald has guaranteed that, at last, a liberty the Founders considered worthy of a constitutional amendment will be taken seriously in courts across the land.
