It is interesting to find that the majority of States have Constitutions that have language concerning The Right to Keep And Bear Arms. In Michigan it says explicitly than people have the right to bear arms for personal defense and defense of the State. It also says that during a State of Emergency that the State cannot seize arms from the people..
