Default Officer saves guns from being destroyed

But he did not really follow the rules, so he is out of a job. This business of destroying turned in guns should be changed. Guns with any real value should be sold and the funds used to support police programs.

So, if the "department" was going to destroy the guns, what was he stealing? A dime's worth of scrap plastic and metal? The main cause of the trouble is the unconstitutional registration of guns and restriction of ownership. He was doing the people involved a favor. But then, it has been proven many times that no good-deed ever goes unpunished.
