Default NYT has an honest article about guns, violence

Much to my amazement, the New York Times op-ed page has a reasonably good article about violence and guns (this might be a first).

Good article, but it won't matter. Just read the comments below it and you will see none of the libs agree with the author. One even says that Joe Bidens advice about just getting a shotgun is the best idea.

the people that make those comments arent actual subscribers but paid political operatives of organizing for america.

Good article. The comments are absolutely ridiculous. They all seem to be following the same script though.

Maybe gun owners should add their two cents to the comments instead of letting the lib activists get all the ink.

wont do you any good. the editors of the paper remove them if they do make sense and leave the nonsense up.

these newspapers have less subscribers than your average access tv station at 3am...

more people are seeing your posting here about them than the ones reading those comments. your just helping their cause by complaining about em heh. think about it.

From what I was told by another moderator, that doesn't matter.

I posted a "positive" article this morning and it was deleted. Even though none of the people in the story held political office nor did any of them announce their political affiliation.

There are NO clear rules in this forum......
