Here is the New Mexico Surpreme Court Ruling, pulled the link from inforwars site, they seem to be gun night for them. The pdf is 11 pages long.

I don't really see what the big deal is, especially since the SCOTUS has already ruled that LEOs may direct all occupants out of a vehicle during a traffic stop and be patted down for weapons for their safety. If you've got a weapon in plain sight expect the officer(s) to ask for it until the stop is concluded.

I've been stopped before, for speeding, and even been directed to come back and sit in the trooper's car while he wrote me a ticket (over 20 years ago).
