Need legal advice asap!!!!!!!
when i was in the military stationed at Camp pendelton, i sold another marine a weapon that was banned to be in california due to the assault weapon ban, he got arrested for possion of it, what do i need to do i have a bill of sale it was on its way to be stored on base. time of sell we were not residents of california

Not sure where you think you are, but this is not a forum full of lawyers. What few laywers we do have are not in the business of giving counsel to anonymous posters with a federal problem.
It has been said that the only thing more stupid than asking for legal advice on the internet is the person giving it to them.

First STOP POSTING ABOUT THIS!
Second as has been said, get a lawyer.
Third don't talk to anyone or post anything until you have talked to said lawyer.
Also remain calm and keep your head. Getting worked up will not solve anything.
