Did you Google fa-10 form? Check the atf?

Good. The the trick question that can get people in trouble is #10. That's about all I would add.

Sorry it's number 11.
Basically If you have ever been in court for a felony you must answer a yes. I'm trying to find a copy online.

Everything seemed okay to me, but than again I've never even had a misdemeanor.
