it's all on the ATF form 4473. if you answer yes to any question other than #1, then you will probably be denied to accept possesion of a firearm.

Good. The the trick question that can get people in trouble is #10. That's about all I would add.

Basically If you have ever been in court for a felony you must answer a yes. I'm trying to find a copy online.
