How many plastic garbage bags does it take to make a stock?

If you are talking to me Sir, then I will assume that you are trying to say "Medievalist". If this is true, then you Sir are correct.
Also, if your talking to me, please tell me that the wood stocks that you threw into the fire were not worth keeping because they were badly damaged.......PLEASE!

I have to agree. There is no solid logic to follow in this. Sounds like "drunk and pissed off at home" logic to me Punishing a company because it's politicians passed laws that they obviously don't support. That would be like not buying a Harley because you don't like Milwaukee's new driving laws. And what will this supposedly teach them? Almost every manufacturer is so backed up that they are not filling orders. You might as well try to piss up a rope.
Here's what I did: I didn't move to Illinois. Springfield, IL is one of the most beautiful places in America and the weather is perfect for me. I wanted to move there when I got out of the military. I cannot tolerate their "FOID" card and BS firearms laws. Notice I don't live there? This would be why.

Lessee, there were the stocks of, I believe, orangewood, on the SKS and AKS. Then there were the walnut stocks on the 700 BDL and the 70XTR,
The McMillan stocks on the bolt guns that replaced the walnut were a Godsend. No more re-zeroing, no more refinishing if the weapon is dropped. Tighter groups.
