1. I don't drink Jim Beam.
2. I did not return to Wisconsin after retiring from the USAF because of the views (at the time) on firearms did not agree with my position. I could not see supporting a state that would not allow me to carry firearms for self-defense. (Things have since changed, but why did it take so long?)
3. I do not hear anything about how those companies are supporting the use of the products they produce in the same state they are headquartered at. (SA makes good SD pistols, but have you ever heard where they have donated any money or services to support the people of Illinois in passing laws for self-defense?)
4. The ripple affect of rumors goes a long way. Should SA decide to move their headquarters out of Illinois, the rumor could cause a ripple that might wake some people up. (What? Illinois is losing a large employer?)

5. This is my protest (you are welcome to join).

I gotta respect your views.

However, for me, i can't see avoiding a good product made by people in an oppressed state. I have an iphone that was made in friggin china; how much worse can it get than that. If there was an Israeli-made CZ-75b or XD45 or SKS, i would be interested, but there wasn't one available when i was shopping. I have no particular love for the chinese, the croatians, or the czechs, but they made what i wanted.

Car-wise, i will probably buy another Nissan next, since they are making some models here in MS now (and giving discounts to state employees like my favorite sister).

Now, there is a limit; if there were firearms made by bears, i would picket their offices at the very least.

Is this proof that the anti-gun politicians are full of ****, and only pandering to votes based on fear?.. I mean, they scream and whine about guns all day, but the most anti-gun states are home to the biggest manufacturers. What kind of deals and incentives do those weasels backdoor in for these companies, while screaming from the pedestal about "assault weapons"???

It is all about the money.

Anti-Gun States fuss about guns, but the gun businesses in those states pay into the local economy with jobs and donations.

All are happy in the end.

If those gun businesses would pull out of those state, you would see how fast the attitude would change.

We would welcome these companies to Arizona.

They could move to Virginia next door to FNH. That would be a great move for that state. I personally would be looking to a western Midwest state like Kansas. It is flat tons of land and it is centrally located for the country.

Wyoming, Idaho, Utah would all be good choices.

Business friendly, gun friendly, good strong "right to work" laws, well educated labor force, low taxes, etc, etc.
