As I've no doubt predicted here and elsewhere, no longer are the fruits of the Obama Administration's OFF being distributed across our southern border or confined to border states. Rather than "duck and cover" the Obama Administration is now alleged to conducting the same "ICS manipulation and straw purchase scheme in America's heartland !

Apparently our CinC - rather than acting as a unifying symbol - is applying the marxist teachings of his former neighbor, political ally, and former Weatherman - along with his SDS paramour - Bill, "guilty as hell, free as a bird", Ayers ! Along the way his USAG has hired 16 radical liberals and given them oversight of elections ! And, today, our President's "warmup man" was James P. Hoffa, who promptly declared "war against the GOP and TEA Party members with a "take them out" diatribe ! Isn't that exactly what Germans heard circa 1938 ? >MW

A good example of why the ATF at the very least needs to be shut downalong with this adminastration

Obama, with his silent nod to the promotions of the BATFE

personnel, proudly holds up their actions with Project

Gunrunner as honorable and laudable.

Since their actions are gladly supported by the administration,

it shows us that they expect us, the people, to follow the BATFE's

good example,

and do what we've been shown to be right by our moral, ethical,

and responsible superiors, the BATFE.

SO, what I'm taking away from this is it's A-OK, and downright

encouraged by the POTUS and DOJ, to participate in straw gun

purchases, flagrantly cause gun deaths of innocents, and then we will

be lauded as fine examples for more Americans, and given fat

promotions also...

...NOW all we need is to get the BATFE's actions entered into

case law.

Obama and Holder need to be charaged, arrested, prosecuted, convicted, and imprsioned for their many crimes against the United States. Fu*k impeachment The head of the ATF also needs the same treatment for his many crimes against the United States. If they keep on keepen on the American people will at some point become so pissed off that they will undertake their own justice. It goes deeper and longer than just Ruby Ridge and Wako Tex.

I think it imperitive we keep a "long view" of Operation Fast and Furious because its just another scion of a long history of anti-gun and citizen disarmament laws/regs promulgated by statists dating back to the GCA of 1938. Developments in Indiana, if proven valid, are confirming proof the OA lied in its testimony before Mr. Issa's HCOGR Committee on the "law enforcement concept" of OFF. It also raises the question of how many other "ops" by the USG - or unprosecuted political self-seekers - in other states were enabled .

Make no mistake ! IMNSHO OFF (and other similar ops in TX, FL, IN and perhaps elsewhere as yet unrevealed ) were designed to target the 2nd Amendment for further restrictions/conditions ! This is just the latest in a long series of Gun Control Acts and regulatory impositions directed solely at the legal/law abiding gun owner/purchaser !

And never forget our nation's first anti-gun law - NYC's "Sullivan Act" had its roots in protecting criminal elements from the violent reactions of their armed victims ! >MW

Actually, it was the National Firearms Act (NFA) of 1934 or the Gun Control Act of 1968, which is closely modeled after Hitler's own government firearm restriction laws, that you're thinking of.

The ATF, created in 1972 following GCA68, is nothing more than a tax collection agency. For it to engage in a sting operation involving foreign nationals who never set foot in the U.S. is goofy; they're the wrong entity to enforce gun trafficking. As with every entity in government today, the ATF has overstepped its bounds.

You're right that these below-the-radar operations were to be exploited to give the government grounds for more gun control legislation. It backfired, thankfully, but how many are dead as a result of their folly? And what punishments will be meted out? No matter what happens to the clowns at the ATF or DOJ, I'm pretty sure their punishments will be far less than what any of us here would get if we had been caught doing the same things.

Through irresponsible actions, no accountability,

and an absolute disregard for the taxpayer and our

laws, if we do what is ethically and morally WRONG,

we all can get fat promotions and raises!

Maybe we don't even have to do things like

running guns and causing the deaths of innocents.
