Just got around to checkin this one out. It appears Codrea forgot to mention its an indoor firing range. The IL Dep't of Public Health asked OSHA to inspect that range. Indoor firing ranges are tightly controlled because of lead dust. Some indoor ranges don't allow the use of ammo that contains lead.
