Love it! What's the likelihood of it becoming law?

I'm guessing slim to none and slim left town.

With 16 co-sponsors, I'd say the odds are pretty good... however, our gov defines RINO. He's the wild card. It will only take a couple of D's crossing the aisle to create a veto proof majority.
