I bet that would get Filippe onboard with the fence idea!

A good bud at work suggests setting up 50 cal M2's along the border, tied into internet sites where you can rent the guns on a per minute basis + ammo. His guess, and it is probably spot on, is that after the first couple of weeks, the website owners would be multimillionaires and the immigration issue would be resolved. At least for new border crossers.

And I can just bet that the mid east won't be our last forey into trying to change the world. Far from it.
Since you put I that way...what the hell! Our Appache pilots need all the training they can get and MAYBEE a hot border would actually get closed.

Where do I sign up!

I second that. Also, the Mexican military and police aren't outgunned because of u.s. semi autos, its the full autos, grenade launchers, morters, and other military equipment they buy from overseas.

And it would be consistent with our 2nd amendment right to keep and arm bears

El Presidente Cabrone needs to stop trying to stick his (corrupt) government nose into the U.S. What we do here is NONE of his business. But then, back in May of 2010, his speech before Congress on his opposition of Arizona's immigration law elicited a standing ovation by Congressional Damnocrats...

Any of you ever consider the Mexican president is doing this at the urging of obama?

Mexico has been a thorn in our side for ages. Just look back over history and you can see this. It's always been a place that has been exploited by our European enemies and now China, North Korea, Russia and others are doing the same by gladly getting the needed weapons to them to strike at us and fuel drug violence. Oh and did I mention places like Iran too and what about their dear friend Hugo. Mexico is the gathering place for all that wish to do evil to us and just like during the War Between the States they will wait on the opportunity to come across the border and add to our problems. We should have a border fence but it has to be enforced.

A few thousand of these on the border would take care of all problems.
