Way to go, OP, I've done this many times myself.

Sad to say, a lot of times it was LGSs.

As gun owners, we represent 45% of the overall

population of America. Of a total population of

310,000,000 that's over 140,300,000 people.

Don't want to serve us? We'll go elsewhere.

Enjoy that bankruptcy...

In Arizona I can carry in an unposted bar or restaurant that serves alcohol but I can not drink. I wont drink alcohol if I am driving anyway. I do not deal with businesses that are posted.

I am 99.9% sure that FL works the way MI does, but double check. Basically you can go anywhere that serves food as the primary draw even if it has a bar inside or serves alcohol, but you cannot sit at the bar or consume. For example Applebees has a sports bare inside. You would be legal to carry there and eat dinner, but it would be illegal to sit at the bar (you can sit in the bar area) and/ or consume.

Awww, I never heard that part before. It makes more sense to me when it's put like that, before I thought it was a little out of line, but it is what it is. I'll have to ask my buddy that's a deputy next time I see him to get solid verification.

Not surprised... I quit going to that hippy hangout when the one in Boone NC asked me to leave their outdoor seating area because I had my DOG w/ me... A perfectly behaved, fully grown Rhoddy on a lease. Told the manager he ain't the only pizza place around (and what he could do with the pizza I just ordered) and went across the street to the Green Onion and ate with my dog (..and my gun hidden on my side) at their pavillion, no problem. M.M.'s everywhere can just hang and go under for all I care!!

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

1. Our money would be supporting people who don't support us.

2. It would be inflammatory, and less than worthwhile.

3. They wouldn't get the message, anyway.

Uh, because it would be admitting to a crime.

Im in Texas and just took my CHL class 2 months ago. Texas laws state that you cannot carry into a business thats makes 51% or more of their income off alcohol that is to be consumed onsite. You cannot carry into a bar even if you dont drink. These business have white signs outside and quote the law with 51% in red writting. Applebees, olive garden, those places are fine. Liquor store is fine as well, not an actual bar though.
