In the article he says "war that may fractured the Nation into several different countries, divided along ethnic lines." Looking at a map of the USA, using his hypotheses, how do you see our country being divided up if a second civil war started?

Me? OR,WA & CA as one, MT, WY, CO, NE, ID, SD, ND, KS, OK, TX, NV, AZ & NM as another and since I'm mostly west coast I don't have a clue about the eastern side of our country.

I think California will be reclaimed by Mexico. The southern part of the state practically is already.
