How as a man and a father could you have arrested that guy.
I would have been saying here is the name to a guy he will hook you up man.
Me I would lining my yard with effing claymores. MS-13 is no dam joke. We need to kill them all that is the only way you are going to get rid of them. Treat them like the vermin they are and just start a shoot on sight program.
Maybe you can get $50 a hide on known gangbangers for shooting them.

Ok if we are going to start a gang then we need to do it right.
First order of business: Create a gang sign. I say we keep it simple our gang sign is the middle finger.
Second order of business: Pick a color. I say pink. Yes pink men Look we show up in our pink pickups with pink bandannas on with pink AR's and AK's then while the Crips, bloods, MS-13 are all laughing at a bunch of middle aged and older white guys in pink pickups with pink guns we just effing waste them all.
I think our name should me PL-69. Figure it out.....

I thought Terroristic threats were a crime. "You're Dead" should qualify. Especially considering the source, this wasn't some drunk guy at the local bar, this was a gang member with his thug buddies.
They should pin a medal on him. The fact that no one died shows me that he has a ton of restraint. Probably more than I would.
I like the bounty idea. Flash a gang sign and you're fair game...

Gives you the warm fuzzies to know that the police have the technology to source gunfire, and apparently use it a lot !!
Texas Castle Doctrine does not require you to retreat from a threat to you or yours, your property AND at night criminal mischief is reasonable cause.
