Default Made private sale this morning?

The dude didn't have a copier to make a copy of his drivers license. The Drivers license number is still on the bill of sale though. I took a picture of the drivers license on my phone but it came out alittle blurry. Should I still attempt to print it or think I will be ok just having the DL# on the bill of sale?

I would think the DL# would suffice but I don't know Maryland law.

According to this:http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20110102133531AAEs1ON it has to go through the state police or an FFL and when you say regulated are talking about a NFA or Class III firearm as some may say?

Here is a better resource: http://www.mdgunsafety.com/mspfaq.htm

Yeah, Unregulated is any shotguns or rifles that aren't on the list for MD's Regulated list lol. Handguns and Assault rifles are 21+ and regulated meaning has to go through a dealer transfer.

Oh got ya. Here in Iowa you just get money and handover the gun between two non FFLs.

That's how it goes here but normally in case anything would go wrong after the sale a Bill of Sale would be a good idea to have.

Got scared for a minute due to the mossy 500 being on the regulated list in md. Its only regulated if it has the bullpup kit on it.
