Default ltc question
When my son was 19 he cot a ticket and paid a fine for posestion of pot.
no court just paid fine mistameanor.will it stop him from getting ltc now?
He is 26 now. Any info would help

You need to look at the State law where he plans to get the permit. There may be some hurdles to overcome.
