The data has been conclusive for years, that gun control has very little impact on gun-crime. The only problem with the conclusive data is that the opposition ignores it or fabricates false data to serve their own agenda.

This is the point exactly. When the facts don't fit the antis' agenda they simply make up their own "facts".

The public has to come to the realization that

gun control is a failure, and vote accordingly.

I think they fabricate the idea that all guns are bad. So the public doesn't need them. The part they don't understand is how many guns are in this country and they will never go away. They just don't think past the fact, they don't like guns.

After all that has happened and the feds couldn't even get backround checks passed. I just don't see much change at that level. The battle is now at the state level. And if the gun hating politicians get voted out, that could be a major victory.

If you are a gun nut you are probably a numbers nut out of necessity. Here is a direct link to the BJS document that these numbers came from. Print it out. Stick it in your pocket, remember what is on what page and slap a gun grabber with your superior wit and supporting stats.
I would like to take a moment to feign surprise and awe that these numbers support what we have been screaming from the mountain top for the last 2 decades.

It is not guns after all. My very scientific unbiased study shows the real problem is Democrats. It is a fact of the 20 states with the highest firearms crimes 17 are controlled by Democrats.
If we could arrest and jail the Democrats in 17 states gun crimes in America would drop 87%. Now that would be progress Mrs. Brady.

Good point Nite. Have you also noticed most of these mass shooters are Libratards?
