Certainly nobody has any business in somebody else's home uninvited.

No question about that.

But I guess these two bro's in the 'hood did not know anything about that either.

In order to deal effectively on the streets with other bro's in the 'hood like these two geniuses, we need the help of the NRA to reinstate the 2nd Amendment to include not only KEEP but also BEAR arms in EACH of the 50 states not just one (Arizona) or some (the others that charge you cash for exercising this right).

Even then, I am sure these two bro's in the 'hood on the street would still be armed, and then it would come down to who is the quickest on the draw.

That's a battle that I think I can win, even against two bro's in the 'hood like these two clowns.

Let's go NRA. Get it done!
the 2nd has never been repealed! so there isn't any reason to "reinstate" an admendment that is still an admendment. the gives us the right to bear arms, not keep. at the time the 2nd admendment was written, most firearms were privately bought and in the hands of private citizens. the first federal arsenal was set up by George Washington in 1777, the Springfield Armory in Springfield, Massachusetts.

The key moment in this incident was a moment in which the one with the shotgun looked away and the Marine jumped into action, wresting the shotgun from his hand. It wasn't an instantaneous turn-a-round to the situation, but he DID SOMETHING!! Many people would have frozen by that point.

I don't know what I would do in that situation, but I hope I will ACT and not WAIT. Seconds counted and he acted.

The Marine retrieved the firearm, chambered a first round, shot Skinner and then shot Skinner again. He then moved to the other side of the room where Everette and the other Marine struggled. The Marine resident shot Everette once and then shot Everette again.
Semper Fi, Marine. He did what was necessary to protect himself and his comrades. As for the perps "turning their lives around," they are now turned around.....turned around into the effin' ground.

However, while the Marine resident kept the gun loaded, as a safety practice he didn't keep a round chambered.
I don't keep a round chambered in my Mossberg 590 either, but that's not for safety. The sound of a round being jacked into the chamber of a shotgun will make even the most brazen burglar s**t himself.

Talk about some dumb criminals though. Robbing people near a base full of trained killers with combat service, duh! Semper Fi.

This is a case were "redistributive justice" and the "fairness doctrine" is all wrapped up into one package.

The early civilizations all had laws, practices, and cultures which supported

natural selection, and weeded out the weak, stupid and criminal.

THIS is how our strong society evolved. Then it started getting weaker,

as we socialized, and started propping up the wet farts. Now Castle

Doctrine is helping to trim the weak and stupid from the herd again.

IMHO, this is a great boon to society's health, in general.
