LEO: Is this normal?
First check out this video: CCL holder threatened.
Now, is it normal to search a vehicle with people in it? Is it really a cause for an officer to draw down on someone if they don't answer a question but instead give info, such as having a CCL and a gun on their person? I'm not in LE so I don't know. From the standpoint of the guy, I can see how he would be afraid to say anything. From the standpoint of the cop, I can see how he would be pissed. But I just don't understand how the driver was left alone so long. Just asking so I can better understand.
