Default Laws of Jan 1, 2014

I don't think much of this has been posted before...

Effective laws of Jan 1, 2014.

My heart felt condolences goes out to those living in NY and Connecticut.

Oh, and Merry Christmas to all!

They'll figure it out after the large exodus happens. What we need to do is ship them all of the antis from the pro 2A states, in trade for the 2A supporters from the anti 2A states. i would call it a fair trade.

unfortunately, most people cannot afford to relocate. if my state (MN), which has always been left-leaning except for firearms laws, were to go Connecticut/NY route, I would be screwed. I have a business here that I cannot move and my roots are here. so I must work pro-actively to insure this does not happen.

In the peoples republic they must have a backround check , get finger printed and pay a fee for a permit to buy ammo.

If I were Ruger I would pass on N.C. In N.C. you must have a permit to purchase a Handgun? Gees!! The Sheriff an elected politician must be satisfied you are not a criminal before you can buy a side arm? And then you must reapply for a permit to purchase every 5 years.

That is not what I would call a gun friendly state.

Our pistol permit law is a hold over from JIM CROWE & when was the last time gubberment turned down a cash cow. On to a good thing , our CCW permits allows pistol purchase without additional permits.

well Texas you walk in, pick one out do a short BC, pay your money and walk out. sounds pretty simple to me. if you have CC permit, you don't even do a BC. pay and go. the only way it would be faster is if they put a drive-thru on the gun stores.
